Pastry Course

The Pastry Art program is a 3-month intensive course where students learn how to bake different types of pastries, appetizers, yeast bread, cakes etc. from both continental and local sources. Support based courses such as kitchen hygiene, business practices are also studied to equip the student to become a professional pastry chef.
